Working with Jeff felt like coming home. Although it had been years since we last worked together, he immediately connected with the athletes in our program and made everyone feel comfortable and confident. He created an environment where the kids could learn, laugh (he joined their TikToks), and be challenged all at the same time. Absolutely, the perfect balance of intensity, fun, and challenge.
What stood out most was how naturally our routine came together. The choreography reflected the personality of our team so effortlessly, it felt like Jeff had known our program for years. Because of the trust and energy he brought into the room, the athletes fully bought in from day one. They wanted to work hard not only for themselves, but because they knew he was genuinely invested in their success and in our program as a whole.
His support didn’t stop after choreography weekend. Throughout the entire season, Jeff stayed in touch, offered clean-ups when needed, checked in regularly, and was always just a text away for recommendations or guidance. That level of dedication and partnership means everything to a program.
